Dear Friends in the Northwest
This Sunday is Remembrance Sunday. There will be a said Eucharist in Ullapool at 9.00 a.m. followed by the community Service of Remembrance in the Church of Scotland at 10.00 a.m., and then the act of Remembrance at the War Memorial. Other communities will have their own Remembrance Sunday events. My thanks to Ven John Green who has kindly provided our reflection for Remembrance in this newsletter.
Next Sunday, there will be services in Ullapool and Achiltibuie at the usual times.
The next meeting of the monthly Bible study group will be on Monday 10th November at 5.00p.m. at Joy’s house to continue the series of studies on Prayer.
The Green Screen season continues on Thursday 20th November at 7.30 pm in the Ullapool Ferry Terminal with Lost for Words. Entry is free, donations welcome (£5 suggested). Please come and bring your friends, a cushion and refreshments. Further details may be found in the News and Notices section of this website.
