This Sunday is the ninth Sunday after Pentecost. This weekend, there will be a service in Kinlochbervie on Saturday and services in Ullapool and Lochinver on Sunday. Next weekend, there will be a service in Ullapool on Sunday.
As I have mentioned previously, Christian Aid, as part of the Disasters Emergency Committee, currently has an appeal to support those affected by the recent earthquakes in Venezuela. If you would like to contribute to this appeal and do not wish to do so by other means, we will have a separate basket for donations at our services this weekend. If you wish to contribute but cannot do so by this weekend, please let me know as we will be sending the collection to Christian Aid very shortly.
Rev’d Ross Royden from Inverness Cathedral is going to be leading a Bible Study on Paul’s letter to the Romans.
