This Sunday is the Second Sunday after Pentecost. This Sunday, there will be services in Ullapool and Lochinver. Next weekend, there will be a service on Saturday in Kinlochbervie and on Sunday in Ullapool.
Looking ahead a few months, a reminder of the dates of some one-off events coming later this year, for your diary:
· Saturday 30th August – our Study Day Peace with Creation, in Ullapool, which will be led by Rev’d David Coleman, chaplain of EcoCongregation Scotland.
· Sunday 7th September – our quarterly service Evensong in Ullapool at 5.30 p.m. will be Choral Evensong this time, led by the choir of Holy Trinity Elgin.
· Saturday 4th October – the ordination of deacons in St Andrew’s Cathedral, Inverness, including Anne Macdonald who is to be our curate. I believe the service will be at 1.00 p.m.
- Saturday 25th October – the SEC NetZero Team from Edinburgh are holding a roadshow in the Cathedral in Inverness (they are visiting all the dioceses this year).
